Any vehicles provided or otherwise sourced by Verified Lending are subject to standard statutory warranties under the Australian Consumer Law and the statutory qualifications in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Verified Lending does not provide any other guarantees or warranties as to suitability of vehicles beyond the standard statutory warranties provided by suppliers, unless an additional extended warranty is arranged based on your individual circumstances.
